The Tre Olivi Restaurant wants to be a tribute to the Mediterranean Diet - of which the olive tree is the prince - which was codified for the very first time in these lands.
It was born as a tribute to Cilento, a unique place for lovers of culinary excellence. In this strip of land, homeland of Parmenides and Zeno, diet, eating well, has always been a philosophy. Here, where Western philosophical thought was born, we have always thought about the importance of eating well to feel good mentally and physically.
So it is no coincidence that the world-famous cardiologist Ancel Keys decided to settle in this land to study the eating habits of its inhabitants and understand the secrets of their longevity. The results of these studies generated a global revolution, leading the scientist to coin the expression "Mediterranean Diet".

And it is precisely the Mediterranean diet that is the point of reference for the concept of the Tre Olivi restaurant, where the clear objective is to offer an immersive experience within the colors and scents of the Mediterranean, a vocation that is revealed starting from the furnishings of the restaurant, made entirely of olive wood.
In fact, the room is a soft environment, elegant but not opulent, contemporary but not cold and aims to offer the customer a sentiment of wonderful relaxation.
THE KITCHEN
The cuisine can also count on the raw materials produced by the family's organic farm: San Salvatore 1988. The company is totally zero impact and bases all its actions on the principle of sustainability, understood as responsibility towards the geographical area in which we live as well as valorisation and recovery of ancient local productions.
